    Previous event – Prawo 21

We are one of the few schools in the country, and even in Europe, that organize discussion panels by students for students. The thematic scope of the conference includes: Principles of lawmaking, National and international law, Equality before the law, Criminal proceedings

The event is aimed at high school students from across the country interested in the topic of law or wanting to participate in an interesting event organized by their peers. Workshops planned by the youth will take place in a hybrid format (both in-person and online) using a professional communicator and are scheduled for May 30, 2023, starting at 10:00 a.m.

The main guest of the Conference will be Adam Bodnar – Polish lawyer and academic, with a degree in legal sciences, a human rights activist, former vice-president of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, and Ombudsman for Civil Rights. He is a professor and dean of the Faculty of Law at SWPS University.

The realization of the conference is possible only thanks to the collaboration of students with various individuals – authorities from the legal world. During the preparation of the conference, students will have organized classes and workshops – preparing them to be able to conduct sessions independently.

We are supported by the Children’s University at the Lodz University of Technology (ŁUD) under the leadership of Anna Janicka, and the KOLOROWO Foundation. The conference is a continuation of the project “PHERECLOS – Partnerships for pathways to Higher Education and science engagement in Regional Clusters of Open Schooling,” which was funded by the Horizon 2020 program. As part of the project, a Local Educational Cluster was established at the Children’s University of Lodz University of Technology.
